Welcome to the Aberdeen Adult Dyslexia Group website
If you think you are dyslexic or if you want further information about Dyslexia and the Adult Dyslexia Group, we meet on the first Wednesday of every month (in school termtime)
Time: 7.30-9.30pm
Place: Kaimhill Community Centre, Pitmedden Terrace, Aberdeen, AB10 7HR
Our aim is to support Adults with Dyslexia. We are sponsored by, and part of Dyslexia North East who also hold speaker meetings and discussion sessions at the same venue. Generally the discussion meetings alternate with speaker meetings. Please see the link to Dyslexia North East's website for further details.
Over the past few years many dyslexic adults have attended our meetings and shared their thoughts and feelings about being dyslexic. Some of them have now moved on to 'pastures new', but still meet up on an occasional social basis. Our new group is evolving and you could be part of it if you wish to exchange experiences and information in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Even if you are not sure whether you have dyslexia do come along and have a coffee and a chat.
